Our Mission
Prosper & Grow is a grassroots nonprofit organization serving at-risk youth involved in the juvenile system across Philadelphia. We are dedicated to rehabilitating, redirecting, and empowering young individuals by providing them with tools, support, and opportunities they need to overcome challenges, heal, and build brighter futures.

Our Program
Offers trauma-informed, culturally responsive programs that support youth and families in building resilience, healing, and hope. We meet youth where they are providing tools to overcome trauma, develop life readiness, and grow into their full potential. Every program is grounded in empathy, empowerment, and education.
Meet the Founder
Ashley Sampson, M.Ed, NCC, LPC is the proud CEO and founder of Prosper&Grow. She believes that Prosper&Grow isn’t just a program; it's a movement. It's about changing the way we view at-risk youth. It's about seeing the youth's potential instead of their past mistakes. It's about recognizing that each young person has a unique story and a unique journey ahead of them and with the right support, they can rise above their circumstances and thrive.
