Our Mission
Prosper & Grow is a nonprofit organization serving at-risk juveniles and youth involved in the juvenile system across Philadelphia. We are dedicated to rehabilitating, redirecting, and empowering young individuals by providing them with tools, support, and opportunities they need to overcome challenges, heal, and build brighter futures.

To create a future where all at-risk youth are empowered to heal, grow, and thrive beyond their circumstances.
Our Program
A holistic trauma-informed residential diversion program. Providing multi-services such as individualized counseling, therapeutic activities, educational support, and community-building initiatives.
Meet the Founder
Ashley Sampson, M.Ed, NCC, LPC is the proud CEO and founder of Prosper&Grow. She believes that Prosper&Grow isn’t just a program; it's a movement. It's about changing the way we view at-risk youth. It's about seeing the youth's potential instead of their past mistakes. It's about recognizing that each young person has a unique story and a unique journey ahead of them and with the right support, they can rise above their circumstances and thrive.
