We are a non-profit organization where we will service at-risk juveniles and youth offenders within the Juvenile Justice System in Philadelphia.
Prosper&Grow is committed to rehabilitate, redirect, and empower at-risk juveniles and youthful offenders.
Our Vision
We will be dedicated to supporting juveniles within the criminal justice system to help them gain insight into their mental, physical, and spiritual health. Providing a safe environment where at-risk juveniles and youthful offenders will learn to understand and manage their emotions. While learning how to positively cope with traumas in their lives and communities, so they can Prosper&Grow into a better future!
Our Program
Will be a holistic, trauma-informed rehabilitation residential diversion program.
Providing multi-services such as individualized counseling, therapeutic activities, educational support, and community-building initiatives.
Meet and Greet the Founder
Ashley Sampson is the proud founder and owner operator of Prosper&Grow, an organization born from years of asking herself a powerful question: How can we reduce recidivism rates in the juvenile justice system, end the school-to-prison pipeline, and stop the violence among youth in Philadelphia?
Prosper&Grow isn’t just a program—it's a movement. It's about changing the way we view at-risk youth. It's about seeing their potential instead of their past mistakes. It's about recognizing that each young person has a unique story and a unique journey ahead of them, and with the right support, they can rise above their circumstances and thrive.
