Prosper & Grow is a grassroots nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of at-risk youth, juvenile offenders, and their families throughout Philadelphia and its surrounding areas.
Our mission is to rehabilitate, redirect, and empower young individuals by providing trauma-informed care, essential tools, and supportive opportunities that foster healing, resilience, and growth. We are dedicated to helping youth and families overcome challenges, embrace their potential, and build brighter, more sustainable futures.

Our Program
Offers trauma-informed, culturally responsive programs that support youth and families in building resilience, healing, and hope. We meet youth where they are providing tools to overcome trauma, develop life readiness, and grow into their full potential. Every program is grounded in empathy, empowerment, and education.
Meet the Founder
Ashley Sampson, M.Ed, NCC, LPC is the proud CEO and founder of Prosper&Grow. She believes that Prosper&Grow isn’t just a program; it's a movement. It's about changing the way we view at-risk youth. It's about seeing the youth's potential instead of their past mistakes. It's about recognizing that each young person has a unique story and a unique journey ahead of them and with the right support, they can rise above their circumstances and thrive.
